Chopped Caprese salad

Ingredients
- 10 oz Grape Tomatoes (container, halved or quartered)
- 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (cubed)
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves (torn, about 25 small leaves)
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar (or balsamic glaze)
- to taste Sea Salt (I like pink himalayan)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the halved or quartered grape tomatoes, cubed mozzarella cheese, and torn basil leaves.
- Add extra virgin olive oil to the bowl.
- Lightly toss all ingredients together to coat.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze over the salad.
- Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
