Ingredients
- 30 oz Black Beans (Two 15-ounce cans, do not drain)
- 1 JalapeñO (Medium, seeded and finely diced (adjust to taste for heat))
- 1 clove Garlic (Minced)
- to taste Salt (Optional, add only if needed)
Instructions
- Finely dice the jalapeño, removing the seeds for less heat. Mince the garlic.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the undrained black beans, diced jalapeño, and minced garlic.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, or until heated through and slightly thickened.
- Taste and add salt only if needed. Canned beans are often salted.
