Ingredients
- 2 cups White Chocolate (chopped, high quality)
- 15 drops Flo-Coat Candy Coating (also known as EZ-Thin)
- 1 drop Purple Food Coloring (gel food coloring)
- 1 drop Green Food Coloring (gel food coloring)
- 1 drop Orange Food Coloring (gel food coloring)
- 2 Tbsp Halloween Nonpareils (Halloween colored)
- 1 Tbsp Halloween Sprinkles (Halloween colored)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a heat-proof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring constantly until completely smooth.
- Divide 3 tablespoons of the melted white chocolate into three separate small bowls.
- Add 5 drops of Flo-Coat Candy Coating and 1 drop of purple food coloring to one bowl, 5 drops of Flo-Coat Candy Coating and 1 drop of green food coloring to another bowl, and 5 drops of Flo-Coat Candy Coating and 1 drop of orange food coloring to the last bowl. Stir each bowl until the color is evenly distributed.
- Pour the remaining melted white chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Using an offset spatula, spread the chocolate evenly to about 1/8- to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Drizzle the colored chocolate over the white chocolate base. Use a toothpick or skewer to create swirls and patterns in the chocolate.
- Immediately sprinkle the Halloween nonpareils and sprinkles evenly over the top of the bark.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for at least 20 minutes, or until the bark is firm.
- Once set, break the bark into irregular pieces and serve.
