Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef (Use 80/20 ground beef for best results.)
  • 1 Egg (Large, beaten)
  • 0.75 cup Dry Bread Crumbs (Plain, may need more to adjust consistency)
  • 3 tablespoons Evaporated Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 0.125 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Adjust to taste)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat a grill for high heat.
  2. Mix the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic in a large bowl using your hands until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 hamburger patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent bulging.
  4. Lightly oil the grill grate to prevent sticking. Grill patties until browned and no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  5. Serve hot on hamburger buns with your favorite toppings.
